About The Position

Join Total Mechanical Service, a leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service, and help drive growth as our next Outside Sales Representative. You'll build strong customer relationships, develop new business, and represent a trusted brand that keeps essential equipment running.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, ideally in HVAC, foodservice, or related industries.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.
• Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
• Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
• Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
