•Seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen key account relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
• Proven track record of sales growth and relationship building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities

Nice To Haves

• CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours
• Prepare and deliver sales reports
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes
• Develop understanding of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies
• Report directly to company management and ownership
