Rigdon Inc. — a 30-year property maintenance company growing fast in KC — is looking for a sales rep to own the Kansas City metro area. You'll sell window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, commercial handyman services, holiday lights, and more directly to large commercial accounts across the KC metro area. Company vehicle. Real base salary. Bonus with no ceiling. And a territory that's wide open What the job looks like day-to-day You drive the KC Metro. You walk into businesses. You build relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and decision makers — and you close them on recurring service agreements. No cold calling lists. No cubicle. Just you, your vehicle, and a proven service that sells itself once people see the work. Requirements
