Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including warm calling and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their waste management requirements to provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our waste management services and technological innovations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through regular follow-up, problem-solving, and account management strategies that foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and technical support to develop strategies for market expansion and customer retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement.
