About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful field sales experience (HVAC industry preferred) and demonstrated skill in new business development and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, or aftermarket service is a plus—but a strong sales record and genuine curiosity count just as much.
  • Strong communicator with high-energy, self-motivation, and a knack for delivering solutions customer’s trust.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with ERP and FACTS is a bonus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to travel locally.
  • Sales Ability: Closes sales effectively, qualifies leads, and demonstrates strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Action-Oriented: Proactive and energetic in pursuing sales goals and addressing challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Builds and maintains strong customer relationships through responsiveness and reliability.
  • Time Management: Prioritizes effectively, multitasks well, and completes tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Demonstrates clear, effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Uses sound judgment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and nurture your book of business by planning sales calls, reactivating dormant accounts, and uncovering fresh opportunities in your territory.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs and recommending the right parts and solutions for every situation.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from cold call to quote to follow-through—ensuring every order runs smoothly.
  • Partner with our inside support and warehouse teams to deliver what customers need when they need it.
  • Stay sharp and informed with ongoing industry training, networking events, and hands-on product demos.
