About The Position

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE HOUSTON, TX COMMISSION ONLY – 5% OTE - $120k - $170k Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager / HVAC Sales Representative for Multifamily/Apartment Complexes and Commercial Projects required to join a leading HVAC solutions provider. The successful Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager / HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by targeting apartment complexes, multifamily property managers, and commercial projects in the Houston metro area. This role will focus on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and selling HVAC systems and retrofit solutions tailored to the needs of multifamily housing. Package & Location: Commission Only (5%) Location: Houston, TX Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager / HVAC Sales Representative Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within apartment communities and multifamily properties. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, industry events, and outreach to property managers and owners. Conduct consultative sales presentations on HVAC products, services, and maintenance agreements. Prepare and present detailed proposals and accurate cost estimates. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers. Serve as the primary point of contact for multifamily accounts to ensure satisfaction and future business. Understand HVAC systems (commercial and residential scale) to recommend optimal solutions. Assist clients with technical questions, system evaluations, and equipment specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, proposals, and forecasting. Track market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to improve sales strategy. Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager / HVAC Sales Representative Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building systems, construction, or commercial equipment sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop relationships with property management and facilities professionals. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems or the ability to learn and consult effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a focus on results. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
