If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients’ needs, our winning team and lucrative bonus structure are waiting for you. As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. This role covers the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and appointment setting to closing the deal. Working closely with your account managers and sales colleagues, you’ll establish and nurture profitable business relationships with clients throughout your territory. If you are on the right track, you should easily earn $100K+ OTE in your first year! In this position, you will: Generate new business by executing a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy — including cold calling on foot and by phone Set your own appointments , manage your sales pipeline, and move opportunities from lead to close Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and renewal Represent City Wide professionally — with energy, polish, and integrity — in all client interactions
