The Outside Sales Engineer will promote Superior Central Boiler as the #1 choice for comprehensive steam solutions, including boiler parts and equipment sales, service, and licensed operations. This role involves meeting or exceeding budgeted Sales Team goals, identifying and closing new business opportunities in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The engineer will also recommend strategies to increase sales, introduce new products and services, commit to ongoing technical training, and attend industry trade shows. After initial training, the position will operate as a combination of remote work, local travel, and routine visits to the Wall, NJ office.
