About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting the Utah and and southern Idaho territories. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial automation or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Proficient with general computer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products.
  • Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts.
  • Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI.
  • Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts.
  • Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc.).
  • Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology.
