About The Position

As an Outside Sales Development Executive, you’ll be on the front lines recruiting local businesses into the rapidly expanding Partner Program. You’ll engage directly with business owners, pitch a compelling new opportunity, guide them through onboarding, and help shape the program’s growth in Brooklyn and the Bronx. If you love fast‑paced field work, outreach, and community-focused selling, this role offers high autonomy, competitive commissions (up to $350 per converted partner), and a chance to influence a major program from the ground up. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of field sales experience
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bilingual — required in this order: Spanish Mandarin Russian
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
  • Strong professionalism and confidence in outbound selling
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, field-focused roles
  • Field-heavy role (door-to-door outreach required)
  • Travel around assigned NYC territory

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to prospective businesses in Brooklyn and the Bronx.
  • Present and pitch the Hub Delivery Partner Program to generate interest and applications.
  • Qualify businesses and guide them step‑by-step through the application and vetting process.
  • Track pipelines, manage leads, and log all activity in Salesforce.
  • Partner with your Field Manager to plan and host community recruitment events (lunch-and-learns, coffee chats, town halls, etc.).
  • Engage local community influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development groups, to drive referrals.
  • Import Excel data into Salesforce weekly to keep records up to date.
