About The Position

Action Mailing & Printing Solutions is celebrating over 30 years of business! We are continuing to grow and offer career opportunities for motivated individuals. We are seeking a goal driven individual with exceptional people skills to help grow our print marketing and promotions division of business. Although we are based in the Kansas City metro area, this position can be based remotely anywhere in the US. This individual will be focused on outside sales, actively pursuing new customers. Candidates must have 5+ years prior sales experience in the printing and/or direct mail industry as well as the following skills & qualifications: Excellent customer service Engaged; easily absorb and retain product & industry knowledge Excellent communicator with the ability to find service solutions for potential and current clients Determined and not easily discouraged by rejection Dedication and commitment, working outside of normal business hours as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years prior sales experience in the printing and/or direct mail industry
• Excellent customer service
• Engaged; easily absorb and retain product & industry knowledge
• Excellent communicator with the ability to find service solutions for potential and current clients
• Determined and not easily discouraged by rejection
• Dedication and commitment, working outside of normal business hours as needed
• Must be able to pass background check including drug screen

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts, and cultivate relationships with potential clients
• Maintain customer satisfaction and account retention
• Execute monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with the management team on marketing efforts and develop solutions to attract new business
• Coordinate & communicate projects with Account Managers to meet customer's business needs
