About The Position
We are a privately owned, high-volume 45-hole golf facility specializing in tournaments, corporate outings, leagues, and hospitality-driven events. Our operation is built around delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently executing large-scale golf events. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, service-focused individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations team. This role is essential to delivering a first-class experience for daily play and high-level tournament events. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in presentation, and enjoy working in hospitality-focused operations.
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset (hospitality experience preferred)
- Golf knowledge a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak event days
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional in appearance

Responsibilities
- Provide professional bag drop and guest greeting services
- Stage, clean, fuel/charge, and organize golf carts for daily play and large events
- Assist with tournament and outing setup (cart signage, staging areas, practice facility preparation)
- Support hospitality-driven service standards for corporate and private events
- Operate and maintain driving range (ball picking, cleaning, setup, breakdown)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bag drop, cart barn, and practice areas
- Communicate effectively with Golf Shop and Event staff to ensure seamless operations
