About The Position

Salish Cliffs Golf Club at Little Creek Casino Resort is looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Outside Service Attendants to join our seasonal team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, thrive on guest interaction, and want to be part of a premier golf operation during our busy season.

As an Outside Service Attendant, you will be a key part of the guest experience from arrival to departure. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with bag drop and golf cart staging, help prepare carts and practice facilities for daily play and tournaments, and support starters, marshals, and professional staff throughout the day. You’ll engage with golfers before, during, and after their rounds, assist with pairing groups, pace of play, and daily course information, and help ensure the course and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This position is hands-on, guest-facing, and essential to delivering the high level of service Salish Cliffs Golf Club is known for.

This is a seasonal role starting in the spring and running through the fall, with exact end dates dependent on weather.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Interest in or experience with the golf industry.
• Prior golf operations experience is a plus.
• Or, three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a background check
• Valid Washington State Driver License and must be insurable on the Tribe’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly orientation to the facility.
• Assist guests with loading golf bags onto carts and provide directions to key areas.
• Offer information on daily practice facility conditions and rules.
• Communicate guest needs with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Clean and stock carts with guest supplies, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Set up and maintain the practice facility to meet daily or tournament needs.
• Support Professional Staff and Tournament Organizers with event setup and breakdown.
• Engage with golfers post-round, offering conversation and club cleaning.
• Monitor pace of play via GPS and assist guests as needed during their game.
• Maintain a clean and debris-free facility and clubhouse.
