We are seeking an Outreach Manager who can empower and excite market actors to accelerate the energy efficiency programs we deliver for utility clients to advance clean energy and equity for all. Our ideal Outreach Manager has experience in sales, marketing, or communications, with an ability to identify and develop opportunities within growing market sectors and building partnerships. Show us how you engage and collaborate with lead prospects to create interest and drive participation in utility energy efficiency programs. This position will be responsible for recruiting customers into utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, working with key stakeholders across the design and development industries. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. While our physical offices are in Madison, WI and Chicago, IL, we have remote staff in many other states and are currently looking for candidates based in Michigan.
