They are hiring a part-time, bilingual Outreach Coordinator (Spanish) to support member outreach and enrollment operations. This role serves as the initial point of contact for many members, involving responding to inbound inquiries, executing structured outbound follow-ups, screening for eligibility, and coordinating warm handoffs into care navigation.
