Requirements

  • Energetic, competitive, and passionate about building relationships.
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure, goal-driven environment.
  • Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and follow-up abilities.
  • Organized and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Experience in sales, business development, or healthcare outreach strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid services is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly).

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Existing relationships within Colorado’s healthcare or disability services network.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with case managers, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and local partners across Colorado (Colorado Springs to Pueblo).
  • Lead purposeful outreach through calls, community visits, events, and presentations.
  • Educate partners on Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and illustrate how PASCO supports families with disabilities.
  • Drive qualified referrals and start-of-care conversions to meet monthly KPIs and growth targets.
  • Track outreach details and referral progress using Salesforce and other data systems.
  • Represent PASCO at community events, ensuring our legacy of advocacy and service shines bright.
