Description
Captivation Software is looking for a mid level outreach coordinator who will be assisting with daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
• Eight (8) years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• One (1) year experience providing customer support, including coordinating and orchestrating customer relations, program meetings, and knowledge of query syntax, data flows, and traffic manipulation.
• One (1) year combined experience in using word processing/desktop publishing, spreadsheets and graphic presentation programs.
• Ability to understand analytics, systems and data flow
• Must have experience providing customer support

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
