OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. OCT currently has an opening for an Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) to work with our federal client. The O&E PM will manage the strategic direction and daily execution of the O&E activities, for services more than $20M annually. This role will ensure all outreach and communications drive measurable, reportable outcomes and support the agency’s core mission of providing quality-of-life information.
