About The Position
This position will assist the Outreach Manager in the development of new outreach activities to use with both school groups visiting the Center, and at our annual outreach event Ocean Discovery Day. Outreach programs to be developed include incorporating the marine technology currently in use in the Center and finding ways to introduce that technology to all audiences. This position will also lend advanced technical support to Center research projects.
Requirements
- Experience with marine technology and engineering.
- Experience working in Outreach.
- Knowledge of marine technology tools and uses
- Knowledge of machine shop equipment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering preferred
Responsibilities
