Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
About The Position
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will implement marketing, communications, and community outreach strategies that increase awareness of the organization’s mission, programs, and impact. This position also manages social media communications, supports fundraising and engagement initiatives, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This position will also build and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, and external stakeholders to strengthen community presence and participation. Working closely with agency staff, the position helps promote programs, events, and success stories across digital and community channels. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, organized, and passionate about Seasons’ mission. This position could be based in Sioux Center, IA or Spencer, IA.
Requirements
- At least an Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- This position requires some travel, so a valid driver’s license is required
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Awareness of behavioral health services is preferred but not required
