About The Position

As an Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide approved therapeutic interventions to clients and families to affect identified needed changes as well as assist with case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) when needed. Creating care plans that are individualized to suit various lifestyles and circumstances.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a discipline allowing mental health licensure in Tennessee
• CPR and First Aid certified, or be willing to obtain certification before working with clients; and other duties as assigned
• Has thorough knowledge of child development and therapeutic interventions
• Experience working with families who desperately need direction
• Ability to work flexible hours consistent with program needs and work at multiple location
