Dakota Family Services is a community-based mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults across the state of North Dakota. Our team provides fully present care to our patients through honest and open communication to meet their individual needs.

Join Our Team:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapist as we expand our outpatient clinic in Minot, ND.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota.
• Master's or doctorate degree required.
• Must have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Walk alongside patients during their mental health journey and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their mental health goals.
• Provide evidence-based services to help patients meet their treatment goals.
• Conduct therapy, groups, and family therapy when clinically indicated.
• Provide client diagnosis as appropriate, using the DSM-V, and in consultation with psychology or psychiatry providers as necessary to coordinate patient care.
• Provide integrated services by communicating and documenting services, care, and treatment.
• Modify the patient's treatment plan as needed to meet their therapeutic needs.
