About The Position
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Outpatient Program at our Moulton location on the Westside of Evansville . This position will provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services to adults to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. $3,000 Sign-on BONUS offered for this position!!! Requirements
- Applicants must have an active Indiana LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
- Perform diagnostic assessment evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention for all populations.
- Provide individual, group, conjoint and marital counseling and psychotherapy to adult populations.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
- Meet efficiency standards which include chart management and patient contact standards.
