About The Position

MercyOne is seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN to join their team, supporting a variety of specialties including pain management and endoscopy. The role requires a proactive attitude and strong multitasking skills to deliver safe, compassionate care, and the ability to adapt and take initiative to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experiences. MercyOne Northeast Iowa provides expert healthcare across eight counties, operating three medical centers with 491 licensed beds, each offering 24-hour emergency care: MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center (Area Level III Trauma Center, accredited chest pain center), MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center (Community Level IV Trauma Designation), and MercyOne Oelwein Medical Center (Community Level IV Trauma Designation).
