As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in San Jose, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
- Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
- Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
