We are seeking a part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (30+ hours/week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient group in Culver City, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
- Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
- Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

- Highly Competitive Compensation: Productivity-based with uncapped earning potential
- Compensation Range: $375,000 – $440,000
