We are seeking a flexible, patient-centered PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist to support our rehabilitation teams in both Lakeside and Kalispell. This position offers a consistent schedule of two 6-hour days per week in Lakeside, along with additional opportunities to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics during periods of increased patient volume and staff time off. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Montana Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, and quality of life
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide PRN coverage in Lakeside and Kalispell outpatient clinics as needed
- Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
