Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PRN) Location: Lakeside & Kalispell Department: Rehabilitation Services – Outpatient We are seeking a flexible, patient-centered PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist to support our rehabilitation teams in both Lakeside and Kalispell. This position offers a consistent schedule of two 6-hour days per week in Lakeside, along with additional opportunities to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics during periods of increased patient volume and staff time off. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and thrives in a collaborative outpatient environment. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment

• Prior outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, and quality of life
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide PRN coverage in Lakeside and Kalispell outpatient clinics as needed
• Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
