Job Summary: This role will serve as a liaison between the OP team and the Scheduling teams. In addition, this role will assist with care coordination for OP provider caseloads. Essential Job Functions: Serve as a scheduling liaison to the scheduling team by helping to scrub OP schedules, work with administrative supervisors, and/or work directly with providers to ensure schedules are maximized. Collaborate with the scheduling department when OP has provider terminations/resignations and require caseload transfers to assist with ensuring clients do not experience a disruption in care. Collaborate with Centralized Scheduling schedule scrubbers to assist with the identification of incorrect pairings and necessary transfers. Assist Administrative Supervisors and OP providers by monitoring caseload sizes, waitlists, cancellation lists, etc. Serve as a liaison between the OP department and the HIM team to assist with transfers/discharges and caseload management. Serve as a liaison between the OP, HIM, Support Services, ROI, QI and Medicaid Personnel with goal of adhering to regulatory compliance expectations in the management of client charts. Collaborate with HIM, Compliance, and QI in assisting with ensuring OP providers’ documentation is compliant and meets best practice standards. Abide by the system’s privacy and security policies when interacting with clients and co-workers at all times. Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. Functions in accordance with the system’s policies and procedures. Participates in all required meetings. Regularly participates in evaluation of self and assigned staff according to the system’s Policies and Procedures. Performs other special functions as may, from time to time, be outlined and attached hereto.
