About The Position

The primary role is to support the OIMBA program through leadership in student recruitment, onboarding, community engagement, and program administration. This full-time position reports to the OIMBA Director, works closely with Graduate Studies and the School of Business, and is responsible for supporting the OIMBA program through leadership in and execution of duties related to student recruitment, onboarding, community engagement, and program administration. The position serves as a central point of coordination across students, faculty, alumni, and university partners to ensure a high-quality graduate student experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two (2) years of relevant professional experience in higher education administration, program coordination, recruitment, or related field
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SLATE or similar)
  • Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas or similar)
  • Experience with administrative or financial systems (e.g., Workday or similar)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Capacity to effectively handle assignments and oversee diverse projects
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience in diverse communication methods, including conducting virtual meetings via platforms like Zoom and engaging in direct conversations during meetings and events
  • Experience organizing or facilitating meetings or events, including planning, scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, or providing logistical support
