About The Position

As a Team Leader in Outbound, you’ll help keep our distribution center running smoothly, from order picking through final shipment. You’ll support the team on the floor, keep orders moving, and step in wherever needed to make sure every package meets our quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
Basic computer skills for tracking reports and inventory records.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of RF scanners and WMS systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

Keep the conveyor line moving, preventing overloads or backlogs.
Monitor replenishment and adjust staffing within the picking area to maintain coverage.
Partner with other Team Leaders to support the pick module and ensure workflow consistency.
Help manage team schedules, including breaks, lunches, and attendance.
Oversee daily Ecommerce and Retail order flow, including air, overnight, and will-call shipments.
Trace and resolve order discrepancies or errors quickly and accurately.
Use pallet jacks and carts to move orders to the right packing, shipping, or staging areas.
Train team members on processes, safety, and quality standards.
Champion 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Report unsafe conditions or process gaps to leadership.
Support other tasks and projects as assigned.
