About the right team member As an SMB Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts. You'll work in our outbound, inside sales team, targeting the right market while hitting your revenue goals. Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to potential clients through high volume prospecting & lead generation, outbound calls, emails, texts, and social media. By offering our solutions, you'll help clients in the health, wellness, and beauty space achieve their fullest potential with our Mindbody products. You are someone who is a go-getter, and is not afraid to pick up the phone and strike a conversation with potential customers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred, with a proven record of closing deals and exceeding targets
  • Eagerness and confidence to connect through cold calls and thoughtful outreach, always ready to start meaningful conversations
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to navigate objections with empathy and ease
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with an eagerness to grow in a wellness environment
  • Enthusiasm for the health, wellness, or beauty industries, whether professionally or personally
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volume via high-volume outbound cold calls, lead generation, and closing sales with our single-location customers
  • Ignite growth by connecting small businesses with Mindbody solutions through high-energy outreach via calls, emails, texts, and social media
  • Manage the full sales journey, from first outreach to a signed contract; ensuring a smooth, exciting experience for every client
  • Deliver engaging demos that showcase how Mindbody products unlock new possibilities for health, wellness, and beauty businesses
  • Act as a trusted guide for prospective clients, helping them find the best-fit solutions for their unique needs and goals
  • Build authentic relationships that drive net new pipeline growth
  • Stay organized and ahead of the curve by tracking all interactions and opportunities in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other sales tools with precision
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly goals, fueling your personal success and the company’s momentum
  • Stay sharp on product updates, competitive insights, and industry trends to always bring the best advice to the table
