About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will proactively contact existing customers by phone to schedule appointments for the next phase of their window and door replacement projects. You will also coordinate consultations with a Renewal by Andersen Project Consultant to provide pricing for additional windows and doors, while identifying opportunities to generate referrals. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, sales-minded and customer-focused. We handle every prospect, customer, and teammate with world class service by effectively communicating, listening, and showing empathy every-call, every day.

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of call center and sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to change in a feedback driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active team member.
  • Multi-tasking by adjusting from one type of call to another efficiently.

Responsibilities
