Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, assertive, and adaptable Outbound Sales Representative to actively reach out to potential new clients, qualify leads and set up appointments. This position demands a self-driven and versatile individual for a dynamic role who can successfully outbound prospects and facilitate intake for the organization. Whether you are hunting for new leads or managing the intake of a fresh inquiry while setting an appointment, you are the face of GSU’s front-end operations. Requirements

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (US)
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, cold-calling, or telemarketing is highly valuable.
  • Software: BloomGrowth, Workday, Active Campaign, GoTo, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Power BI
  • Excellent and charismatic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Sensitivity and understanding.
  • Persuading and negotiating skills.
  • Handling rejection/NOs easily.
  • Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
  • Languages: English, Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, with the primary goal of scheduling Discovery Calls.
  • Meeting Confirmation: Sending email reminders and confirmations to potential new clients for scheduled Discovery Calls.
  • CRM Tracking & Pipeline Management: Diligently track all PNC interactions, notes, and status updates within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
  • Cross-platforms follow up & outreach: Supporting cold calling efforts by contacting Potential New Clients via email, text messages and LinkedIn to increase response and booking rates.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Answering phone calls from potential clients.
  • Conducting Sales Calls: Conducting identify needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • Calendar Management: Monitoring the Departmental Calendar for upcoming meetings and coordinating scheduling logistics as needed.
