A growing, nationally recognized organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing outbound business development function from the ground up. This is a fully remote role responsible for owning outbound strategy, execution, and performance across a distributed team. This position will design the outbound engine end-to-end, including team structure, messaging, sequencing strategy, and technology stack, while managing an offshore SDR team and driving consistent pipeline generation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building outbound programs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of modern B2B prospecting strategies.
