As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging current retirement plan participants and retail customers that have expressed an interest in Empower's financial services. You'll generate interest and schedule qualified appointments that lead to a sale, or that lead to a meeting with a financial consultant or advisor who will review the individual's goals and investment strategy and offer guidance and advice.
