About The Position
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking tax relief solutions. You’ll engage prospects, qualify interest, and transfer warm leads to senior sales representatives — earning bonuses for every successful transfer.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward performance goals
- Previous call center, inside sales, or dialer experience preferred
- Tax industry exposure is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls using a dialer system to connect with potential clients
- Engage prospects, gather qualifying information, and set up tax relief consultations
- Track call activity and follow established performance and compliance guidelines
