What You’ll Bring to the Team: Florence is experiencing tremendous growth in customer count and intensity. To keep up with the strong pipeline of sales opportunities, we are actively hiring a Director for our SDR (Sales Dev Rep) team reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. This person will help to scale an effective team(s) with tools that drive the right opportunities toward Florence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of related work experience including 5+ years in a lead/management role
  • 5+ years in an inbound/outbound SDR environment for SaaS software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging and measured workload
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Ability to produce quality content (ppt etc) to be consumed by leaders at Florence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as we will continually optimize sales cadences and campaigns
  • Excellent self-taught learning capabilities to master new technologies and tools (comfort with web applications for content collaboration)
  • Proficient in SF.com and other tools like Pardot, 6sense, Salesloft.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an effective integrated inbound and outbound SDR motion for our growing Life sciences software business
  • Oversee the day-to-day work activities of the global SDR team
  • Experiment with new ideas and new ways to motivate and direct the the SDR team
  • Function as a true “leader-coach” to drive process and performance
  • Assess our software tools - ensure constant improvement in our use of technology
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to hand off qualified leads
  • Create strategies, measure strategies, and adjust strategies
  • Provide key insights to sales team leaders with deep understanding of our SDR motions.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team
  • Recruit, train, coach and mentor new SDRs
