Architect and execute G10’s outbound growth strategy end-to-end Design and optimize the outbound systems stack, including sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and CRM integrations Architect Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting frameworks, and campaign attribution models for outbound performance Define ICP frameworks and build precision-targeted audience segments Develop and test outbound messaging strategies with structured experimentation roadmaps Own pipeline attribution, conversion tracking, and outbound ROI reporting Establish performance benchmarks and continuously optimize for SQL generation and revenue contribution Create feedback loops between Business Development, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting and qualification Build scalable processes that allow outbound to grow predictably and efficiently over time
