About The Position

Architect and execute G10’s outbound growth strategy end-to-end Design and optimize the outbound systems stack, including sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and CRM integrations Architect Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting frameworks, and campaign attribution models for outbound performance Define ICP frameworks and build precision-targeted audience segments Develop and test outbound messaging strategies with structured experimentation roadmaps Own pipeline attribution, conversion tracking, and outbound ROI reporting Establish performance benchmarks and continuously optimize for SQL generation and revenue contribution Create feedback loops between Business Development, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting and qualification Build scalable processes that allow outbound to grow predictably and efficiently over time

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience leading outbound or B2B growth programs
  • Proven track record of architecting and scaling outbound systems that drive measurable pipeline
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (strongly preferred), including workflow architecture, automation design, campaign attribution modeling, reporting frameworks, and pipeline tracking
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive structured experimentation and optimization
  • Experience building and managing outbound infrastructure across tools and platforms
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Operator mindset — comfortable owning both strategy and execution
