About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting, on behalf of our client, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support sales growth through proactive lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys high-volume outreach, building customer relationships, and setting qualified sales appointments.

Requirements

  • Strong telephone sales and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Experience working on Mac systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Make 300–450 outbound calls per week to potential clients
  • Generate 1–2 qualified sales appointments per week
  • Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospective clients
  • Manage and track leads in Salesforce CRM
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities for the sales team
  • Conduct territory prospecting and outside scouting weekly to generate 30–40 new leads per month
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
