About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Manager to lead all outbound warehouse functions across multiple shifts. This role oversees order picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who drives continuous improvement, develops teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work off-shift hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience managing operations across multiple shifts.
• Background in outbound shipping or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all outbound operations across multiple shifts, including picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead change initiatives related to processes, systems, or technology.
• Partner with inventory, inbound, and transportation teams to resolve operational issues.
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and hourly team members.
• Drive accountability through performance management, feedback, and development plans.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
