About The Position

HGR24 Inc is a value-based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. They are currently recruiting an Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team. Qualified candidates will act as a support to the purchasing team and are responsible for contacting vendors and manufacturers to schedule Buyer inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills with a heavy emphasis on customer focus and a love for being on the phone! Requirements

• Possess a strong work ethic with a team attitude
• Have the ability to complete 150+ daily outbound calls by using an assigned list
• Be comfortable with using customer focused scripts and guidelines for communicating with vendors
• Possess accurate information entry skills into a database
• Be curious and willing to learn!

• 1-2 years of prior call center experience
