Our Sales team is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team to provide an amazing sales experience and drive new business. Ideally, they would have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals selling SaaS-based software into the SMB market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of quota carrying sales experience for external hires.
  • Track record of 100%+ quota attainment
  • Real Estate industry experience or knowledge
  • Strategic prospecting skills
  • Product Knowledge
  • Rapport building
  • Active listening and qualification questioning
  • Objection handling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Closing techniques

Nice To Haves

  • Software as a Service (SAAS) experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Sold licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market with demonstrated ownership of territory management.
  • Experience managing and closing both transactional as well as complex sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generating and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Delivering high impact product and sales presentations to effectively communicate the advanced functionality of CINC’s products, services and overall value proposition.
  • Working with top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly via phone, email, and in person helping them adopt CINC’s full-service lead generation and CRM software and services.
  • Managing all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle, final negotiations of terms, and close.
