About The Position

We are seeking skilled, board-certified Otolaryngologists (ENT) / Head & Neck Surgeons to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) nationwide, with high-volume opportunities in Texas and California. This is an excellent opportunity to earn supplemental income on a contract (1099) basis while maintaining a flexible schedule based on your availability.

Requirements

Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience: Prior IME experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Review Medical Records: Thoroughly analyze patient records related to ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions or injuries
Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform in-person ENT evaluations
Address Clinical Questions: Provide objective medical opinions and respond to case-specific questions from insurance carriers
Prepare Reports: Deliver clear, comprehensive IME reports within a 5-day turnaround time
