Job Description: EDUCATION: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, making them feel comfortable while helping to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. This includes patients who are severely ill and incapacitated. Ability to communicate and work effectively with physicians. Ability to communicate and work effectively with other staff, recognizing the importance of cooperation and contribution to a team effort. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
