Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligibility for full PA medical licensure
DEA registration
Strong surgical skill set and ability to manage complex ENT cases
Excellent patient communication and team collaboration

Proven ability to efficiently manage surgical block time
Interest in expanding procedural practice lines
Engagement in multidisciplinary clinical care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders involving: • Ear, nose, and throat • Sinus and allergy conditions • Hearing and balance disorders • Sleep-related breathing disorders • Head and neck pathology
Perform a full scope of ENT surgical procedures including, but not limited to: • Endoscopic sinus surgery • Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy • Tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery • Septoplasty and rhinoplasty • Procedures for sleep apnea (e.g., tonsillar reduction, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty)
Utilize OR block time at multiple locations to support surgical volume
Collaborate effectively with primary care, audiology, pulmonology, speech therapy, and other specialties
Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and shared call coverage
Document clinical care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
Contribute to service line growth, quality improvement, and patient experience initiatives
