Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligibility for full PA medical licensure
  • DEA registration
  • Strong surgical skill set and ability to manage complex ENT cases
  • Excellent patient communication and team collaboration

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage surgical block time
  • Interest in expanding procedural practice lines
  • Engagement in multidisciplinary clinical care

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders involving: • Ear, nose, and throat • Sinus and allergy conditions • Hearing and balance disorders • Sleep-related breathing disorders • Head and neck pathology
  • Perform a full scope of ENT surgical procedures including, but not limited to: • Endoscopic sinus surgery • Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy • Tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery • Septoplasty and rhinoplasty • Procedures for sleep apnea (e.g., tonsillar reduction, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty)
  • Utilize OR block time at multiple locations to support surgical volume
  • Collaborate effectively with primary care, audiology, pulmonology, speech therapy, and other specialties
  • Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and shared call coverage
  • Document clinical care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
  • Contribute to service line growth, quality improvement, and patient experience initiatives
