S2S Functional Performance® is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist ready to step into a leadership-forward clinical role at our flagship Flower Mound location. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Board-certified specialist or actively pursuing specialization
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Desire to lead clinically while remaining patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy
- Serve as a mentor for newer clinicians and students
- Demonstrate excellence in differential diagnosis and manual therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary performance professionals
- Participate in leadership initiatives, education, and program development
