The Orientation and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, streamlined onboarding experience for all new employees. This role manages the end to end onboarding process—from pre hire communication through the first 90 days—to ensure that new hires feel welcomed, prepared, connected to the organization’s mission, and able to reach full productivity as quickly as possible. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, Compliance, and departmental leadership, this position coordinates orientation, manages required training pathways, and serves as the primary point of contact for new employees during their initial transition.
