Support change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities.  Contribute to the creation of communication, training, and engagement materials. Assist with leadership engagement initiatives in leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in change management, transformation, or project coordination.
  • Experience in OCM projects related to Outsourcing, Managed Support Services transitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and/or Agile POD Delivery.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Team player with strong work ethics and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
