The practice’s core focus areas are commercial and digital transformation, innovation, business agility, patient services, and patient experience . Skilled across the product lifecycle, the team brings deep experience in early commercialization, product launch, brand growth, and lifecycle management. The team’s consultants help drive change and transform organizations. Leaders in digital transformation, the team has helped clients establish innovation incubators, develop digital medicine strategies, enhance patient experiences, and identify new revenue sources. Yor Role A Senior Consultant (SC) at Capgemini Invent is a key contributor, often acting as the on-site client manager. You will build client relationships, lead workstreams, and support practice growth through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement. This role offers diverse project exposure, deepening your expertise and experience. This position supports analytics and business insights management consulting for Life Sciences, focusing on Sales & Marketing.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience at a consulting firm , with a focus on analytics and business insights management consulting related work in the Life Sciences Industry , with a particular focus in the Sales & Marketing functional areas ( e.g., Field Sales, Sales Operations, Brand Marketing, Omnichannel, Market Access, Patient Service s)
  • Notable experience with industry-related data sets such as clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony )
  • Familiarity with standard programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Scala) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for potential client transformation initiatives
  • Undergraduate or Masters degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa
  • Proven track record of core consulting skills, including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management
  • Experience managing workstreams and small teams
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong ability to perform exploratory data analysis
  • Mastery in Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Leadership, poise, and ability to interact with executive level clients
  • Ability to travel 70% to 80%, dependent on client needs

Responsibilities

  • Simplify complex situations and data to create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Work with teams and clients to set vision, goals, and strategies.
  • Use consulting skills to synthesize data into clear deliverables for clients.
  • Lead or support transformation projects.
  • Test hypotheses and present insights to clients.
  • Contribute to AI-driven CRM strategies using analytics and technology to improve patient and HCP engagement, including personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with mixed teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Present insights using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Play a major role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Identify opportunities for project expansion while on assignment.
  • Support thought leadership and develop innovative offerings in AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.
  • Help grow the team through recruiting, training, and community-building.
  • Mentor junior team members for ongoing professional development.
